Tony Buzan (better known perhaps for his Mind Maps) is a big fan of daydreaming (as am I) and he visits the School of Life on Sunday 26th February to share with us why. He’s not alone in recognising the link between a wandering mind and creativity, but he’s bound to be quite succinct and effective in conveying it. He’s been exploring the mind’s vast potential for the best part of five decades. We can get very frustrated with ourselves and others for losing focus, but we really can’t help it and should respect it.
He’ll also point the way toward recognising when daydreaming isn’t so fruitful, so he won’t give carte blanche to procrastinate and avoid doing things forever more.
