background

Publications

Before training as a psychotherapist, I regularly wrote features for The Times and The Express while editing for an online company. I have written for welldoing.org, the New York Times, and Psychology Today as well as The Big Issue, The Oldie, Tortoise Media, medium.com and vox.com. I regularly review books for the Times Literary Supplement and am on the editorial board of the UKCP’s magazine New Psychotherapist.

I often contribute quotes to journalists and am an author of two, nearly three books.
